Because they are a good thing. They are our way of saying thank you, and I am a stickler for saying thank you. That’s probably because I know I ask a lot of people, vendors, associates, husband, etc. So, instead of feeling bad about always pushing the limits, I express my thanks in a sincere and handwritten note.
