One of our employees is an executive/life coach. The positivity she exudes is amazing. Today in our staff meeting she introduced the Gratitude Journal. According to Delta, one can increase their ability to use the brain by 15% because of the brain blood flow caused by being thankful. If y’all find that research, let us know what it is. So she made us write down three gratitudes, here are mine:
- I’m thankful for my sweet Mom, her legacy of love left to me.
- I’m thankful for the wonderful team we have here at Carissa Rose.
- I’m thankful for the plenty of praises we constantly receive from clients.

I’m thankful for my dear children, they push me to be MORE (patient, understanding, supportive, attentive, in-the-moment, self-regenerating).
